Our Team & Restorative Reproductive Medicine

Reproductive Health Insights grew from a simple belief: infertility is not a diagnosis. It is a symptom.
After training in the United Kingdom and the United States, completing a research fellowship at the Mayo Clinic and a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic and Endometriosis Excision Surgery fellowship at the Center for Endometriosis Care, Dr. Nicholas Kongoasa set out to build a different kind of practice, one focused on identifying underlying causes and restoring reproductive function. That vision became Reproductive Health Medicine and Gynecology (RHM), which now serves women across multiple states through a multidisciplinary model that is largely telemedicine based.
As RHM expanded, it became clear that the need extended far beyond the walls of a traditional clinic. Too many women across the country were still being told their labs were "normal," their infertility was "unexplained," or IVF was simply the next step—without a complete explanation of their fertility. RHI was created as RHM's nationwide extension and sister company, giving more women access to comprehensive fertility investigation, physician expertise, individualized reporting, and implementation support. Hanna Tomory, a systems engineer who personally navigated more than a decade of infertility, helped shape that vision for broader access.
Reproductive Health Insights is the nationwide extension of Reproductive Health Medicine and Gynecology (RHM). Together, RHM and RHI connect medical history, symptoms, prior records, laboratory findings, metabolic health, hormones, and reproductive factors into clearer fertility insight. Before choosing what comes next, women deserve a thorough, evidence-informed understanding of their options—including when IVF, IUI, surgery, or other treatment is appropriate. RHI is not the softer alternative to fertility care. We are raising the standard for fertility insight.

His goal is to help women understand their reproductive health and make informed decisions—including when IVF, IUI, surgery, or other treatment may be appropriate.
